| Christian Heppinstall has twice directed for the stage the absurdly grotesque dramas of dramatist István Örkény, perhaps Hungary's greatest playwright of the post-WWII era. This collaboration with the Pécsi Kisszínház was also designed by Heppinstall. Színház, the Hungarian monthly theater journal, documented this production in an interview with Heppinstall. The play is an absurdly grotesque observation of the lives of a group of citizens who subsist on eggs while Socialism unravels. |  |
